This is a great salon! Everybody seems happy and relaxed and ready to be creative. I felt pampered and I felt completely comfortable. Erica is amazing with color and really nice to be around.

My first time here and t was great awesome customer service and my stylist was Brenda and she was amazing I went in thinking I had to cut my hot super short from a mess up from another salon and she saved my hair and didn't even cut it short thank you so much

Alisha is wonderful and always does a fantastic job coloring and styling my hair. The salon is bright and clean with a nice, relaxed atmosphere. They've recently set up a comfortable area to sit while waiting on the dye to set with magazines, a TV and drinks. The prices are pretty standard but they have a great rewards app that can really save you some money.

WOW, what a great experience today with Erica. New to the area, Platinum Salon recommended. Erica was able to fit me in with her booked schedule. She was very careful applying color, didn't need to point out my fair skin stains easily, she pays attention to detail and proactively responded...liked that! My mature hair was shiny, soft and full of body when we finished. I'm very lucky to have a great first experience with Erica, after 30 years with my stylist I was totally devoted to, relocation is stressful enough, thanks Erica for your help.

Love platinum! Everyone is pleasant. My hair is fabulous when I leave and beloved by everyone! I always receive so many compliments! As a business owner myself and a mom of 5, I stay busy! I can always get an appointment and am in and out! I swear by them! Brenda, the owner is the best stylist EVER and a great person! I feel at home when I go!
